Practice Description
Suzanne has represented landlords and property owners in the data center industry on leasing and other real estate matters for more than 15 years. In addition to extensive experience negotiating wholesale leases, carrier agreements and colocation agreements throughout the United States, Suzanne has been engaged on similar matters in the U.K., Europe and APAC regions. Her work includes supporting the sales teams of a publicly traded data center REIT in securing multi-megawatt new customers or expansion deals and supporting data center operations teams in real estate management, such as negotiating utility easements, right-of-way dedications, tenant disputes and real estate broker agreements. Suzanne regularly represents other real estate clients in negotiating purchasing and selling industrial, multi-family and other commercial properties, including diligence review and drafting closing documents. She also represents investors and developers of retail properties in negotiating long-term ground and triple net leases with national tenants.
Suzanne's practice includes:
- Representation of investors, lenders, developers and borrowers in multistate acquisition, disposition, lending, and leasing transactions;
- Advice and counseling related to real estate transactions, including negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, review of title, survey, zoning, leases and other diligence items involving commercial real estate;
- Representation of landlords in leasing office, industrial and retail properties;
- Representation of corporate entities with respect to acquisitions, dispositions, and mergers, including entity formations.
