Trial representation of clients in matters before state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings including: construction breach of contract and mechanic liens, commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, property title disputes, and officer and director liability. Advice and counsel with respect to commercial landlord tenant matters and lease defaults.
