Representation of lenders and institutional investors in permanent, mezzanine and equity financings secured by or involving real estate projects, representation of institutional investors and developers in the acquisition and/or sale of real estate projects; advice and counsel with respect to negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, management agreements, partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, loan documents, development agreements, security agreements, title and survey matters.

- Representation of institutional investor in $41,000,000 acquisition of industrial buildings located in Fort Worth, Texas.
- Representation of a life insurance company in a permanent loan of $23,500,000, which was secured by a multi-family apartment project located in Katy, Texas.
- Representation of a life insurance company in a permanent loan of $33,500,000, which was secured by a multi-family apartment project in Thornton, Colorado.
- Representation of a life insurance company in a permanent loan of $26,000,000, which was secured by a multi-family apartment project located in Seattle, Washington.
